Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Executive to oversee a portfolio of complex projects within the Convergint Technology Center. You will plan, execute, and deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals while leading diverse teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

You will ensure quality, monitor risk, and drive project performance across high-value programs, contributing to Convergint's growth and strong service culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum experience as Project Manager/Project Executive, ideally in security integration or adjacent industries.
• Master’s degree or professional project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to requirements.
• Lead project teams and coordinate stakeholders across the lifecycle.
• Develop, monitor, and control budgets, schedules, risks, and quality.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
