Job summary

Ryan Lawn & Tree is seeking an Office Coordinator to be the heartbeat of the branch, greeting customers, keeping schedules tight, and supporting efficient operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will own the customer experience across calls, email, chat, and in-person interactions, coordinate branch activities, and help drive sales growth with a consultative approach. Competitive hourly pay starts at $20+/hr with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or branch operations experience; GGOB a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, professional style
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions with first-call resolution goals
• Coordinate and optimize branch schedules and resources to meet changing priorities
• Process payments accurately in PCI-compliant ways
• Develop knowledge of services, policies, and products to provide confident guidance
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and document interactions
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align on goals
• Support sales growth by understanding customer needs and recommending services
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
• Share customer feedback with the team to improve services and processes
