Job summary

Ryan Lawn & Tree in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for its Enhancement team to coordinate between customers, Sales, field crews, vendors, and management. You will own scheduling, customer communication, permitting, and ensure crews have what they need, when they need it.

Qualifications

Experience in scheduling, landscape, or field service operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch recurring service work and callbacks.
Serve as primary customer contact by phone, email, and cases for scheduling and updates.
Prepare and share daily work information for field crews; track scheduled work and equipment.
Coordinate procurement: mulch, plants, stone, seed and deliveries.
Manage permits, right-of-way requests and utility locations.
Support sales with confirming job details and lead times.
