Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Workplace Experience Support Specialist to help deliver the office location workplace experience across daily operations in Texas. You will assist with visitor management, safety, hospitality experiences, reception, and facilities coordination, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for colleagues and clients.

You will work with the ESS team to manage office moves, inventory, vendor relations, and onboarding activities for new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree or 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with building management to maintain information related to building security and safety.
• Reconcile monthly parking and services billing with landlord.
• Perform daily location walk-throughs and address maintenance issues.
• Utilize the workplace experience playbook for services and procedures.
• Request bids from vendors for work needed at the location and coordinate with supervisor.
