Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Technical Program Manager for Office Expansion in New York. You will lead IT readiness for new office openings, coordinating across IT operations, network, security, and workplace teams to ensure a smooth launch on day one.

You will manage timelines, risks, and vendor relationships to meet fixed launch dates. Remote collaboration and complex logistics are required, including time-zone considerations and international vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, IT project management, or related role.
• Experience delivering multiple office openings or relocations.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure for new sites: network, Wi-Fi, badge access.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Business Technology work for new office openings from kickoff to go-live.
• Build and manage a site-wide plan including network, end-user setup, conference rooms, and security.
• Coordinate remote delivery with on-site teams, network, security, and vendors to stay on plan.
• Identify risks and lead decisions to keep leadership updated with concise status.
