Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT readiness for new office openings in the NYC area. You will coordinate network, Wi-Fi, security, and end-user setup with onsite and vendor teams to ensure day-one readiness.

This contract role requires 3 days/week onsite, with a 6-month outlook and potential for full-time conversion. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to drive plans to completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management or IT project management experience delivering office openings or site buildouts.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure for new sites including network, Wi-Fi, AV, and access control.
• Experience delivering sites outside the US with local vendors and time zones.
• Track record of running site launches remotely through local teams and vendors.
• Clear written and verbal communication with easy-to-scan plans and status updates.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to simplify structure per site needs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of IT work for new office openings from kickoff to go-live.
• Build and run a single integrated plan per site covering network, end-user setup, and security readiness.
• Coordinate delivery across on-site and remote teams, network engineering, security, and vendors.
• surface risks and long-lead items early and drive decisions with owners.
• Run go-live readiness so offices open with Wi-Fi, conferencing, and access on day one.
• Create a reusable office-opening playbook and readiness checklist for future launches.
