Job summary

Hill International seeks an Office Engineer in Seattle, WA to oversee document control, manage project paperwork, and support contractor negotiations. You will review daily reports, verify payment quantities, and ensure proper storage of all project records.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction experience, including inspection, project controls, estimating, and/or document management.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Ability to inspect in-progress construction work to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, permits, and drawings.

  • Perform office administrative tasks as required to meet the client's documentation requirements and to ensure timely and accurate record of receipt and delivery of notices, correspondence, and other transmittals.

  • Knowledge of state-of-the art construction techniques, project management, and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with various project delivery models (Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, GC/CM) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $185,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
