  • Be the organizational wizard who keeps our hospice team running like a well-oiled machine through smart administrative and clerical support.
  • Champion office operations by organizing systems and processes that help everyone work smarter and more efficiently.
  • Become a Microsoft applications pro—crafting documents, generating reports, and managing data with confidence using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Connect with our staff, patients, and families by communicating with warmth and clarity, delivering customer service that truly makes a difference.
  • Master the art of juggling priorities and managing interruptions in our fast-paced environment, keeping your cool and staying focused on what matters most.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Previous secretarial/office coordinator/administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Extensive computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and running reports.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and customer service focus.
  • Ability to type 45-50 WPM.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some post-high school courses.
