JOB SUMMARY:
The Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, referral sources, and community partners within the Delta office. This position provides exceptional customer service while supporting clinical operations through administrative and medical record functions. The Office Coordinator ensures efficient office operations by coordinating communication, maintaining documentation, supporting the interdisciplinary team, and facilitating timely patient care processes.
