Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Maintains accurate departmental records in digital and hard copy formats, including check ledger and confidential information; inputs data and generates documents and reports.
  • Assembles and mails monthly publications and other information as requested; develops and maintains files and mailing lists.
  • Greets, screens and refers callers and visitors; schedules appointments; answers routine questions and information requests.
  • Opens, sorts, screens, refers and distributes mail; processes address changes and resolves subscription issues.
  • Types documents, spreadsheets and correspondence that may be confidential; composes and answers routine correspondence.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies and orders as needed; performs other duties as assigned.

  • Processes address changes; resolves issues related to subscriptions.
  • Types documents, spreadsheets and correspondence that may be confidential. Composes and answers routine correspondence.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies and orders as needed; performs other duties as assigned.
