Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking an Office Coordinator to support the telecom construction field office. You will handle phones, email, filing, and document control, ensuring smooth operations for field crews, project teams, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, construction administration, or project support experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration or construction management is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred; familiarity with SAP processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Assist daily operations of the field office, including phones, email, filing, and general admin duties.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical project files.
  • Prepare, format, distribute, and track project-related documents and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
  • Track project documentation including work orders, permits, inspection records, daily reports, and material deliveries.
  • Collect and organize daily field reports, timesheets, production reports, and field documentation.
  • Assist with preparation and processing of purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and subcontractor documentation.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned by Supervisor.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with daily operations of the field office, including phones, email, correspondence, filing, and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical project files.

  • Collect and organize daily field reports, timesheets, production reports, photographs, and other field documentation.
  • Assist with preparation and processing of purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and subcontractor documentation.
  • Performing other various clerical duties as assigned by Supervisor
What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration, construction management, or a related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, construction administration, or project support experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred. Familiarity with SAP systems, processes, and applications is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and work with project management, document management, timekeeping, and construction software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and effective communication with employees, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a field operations team.
