HealthNet is seeking an Office Coordinator at our Indianapolis, IN location. The role handles comprehensive administrative functions, supervises staff, and ensures timely completion of projects within a nonprofit health-network setting.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, scheduling, inventory management, and serving as a liaison across departments while maintaining confidential records. Strong multitasking and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of medical billing processes or ability to work with financial data.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Reliable transportation required; light travel may be required.

What you’ll do as an Office Coordinator at HealthNet:

The Health Center Office Coordinator performs comprehensive administrative functions and administrative duties requiring self-direction, judgment, and knowledge of policies. This position works independently and provides guidance and supervision to other administrative staff. This position ensures assigned projects are completed in a timely manner.

• Creates and maintains clinic schedules.
• Serves as liaison between management staff and other departments and individuals.

• Potential Schedule includes Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
