Job summary

HealthNet is seeking an Office Coordinator in Indianapolis, IN, to perform comprehensive administrative functions and provide guidance to staff. This full-time role focuses on payroll, scheduling, records, and customer service to support the HealthNet network.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of medical billing and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Light travel may be required and sponsorship is not available.

  • Provides day-to-day operational guidance.

What you’ll do as an Office Coordinator at HealthNet:

The Health Center Office Coordinator performs comprehensive administrative functions and administrative duties requiring self-direction, judgment, and knowledge of policies. This position works independently and provides guidance and supervision to other administrative staff. This position ensures assigned projects are completed in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Compiles and processes payroll for the cost center.
  • Coordinates and maintains department supply inventory.
  • Creates and maintains clinic schedules.
  • Serves as liaison between management staff and other departments and individuals.
  • Acts as a resource to customers and manages incoming calls for the department.
  • Establishes and maintains up-to-date files, records, and systems.
  • Provides day- to-day operational guidance.
  • Takes and distributes minutes.
When you’ll work as an Office Coordinator at HealthNet:
  • Full‑Time
  • Potential Schedule includes Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
