Procare is seeking an organized office coordinator to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly at our Anchorage location. You will provide general administrative support, manage vendor relationships, and assist with customer service while learning new processes.

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
Assist with basic customer service and employee questions.
Identifies tasks that need to be completed and take initiative to get them done.
Help keep the office organized and running efficiently.
Take on full responsibilities as you learn and grow in the position.
