Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency and accuracy with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn company software applications.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Basic math skills used in price calculations, measurement conversions and percentages.
• Dependable team player willing to embrace the vision and mission of Intermountain Farmers Association and work and communicate well with co-workers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages, page.
• Weigh trucks.
• Record receivings, transfers, invoices.
• Learn how to do a receiving, make a transfer, invoice customers.
• Learn our manufacturing process.
• Keep records on manufacturing.
• Check off general ledgers.
• Learn how to print a formula and check it for ingredients and pricing.
