Alcal Specialty Contracting, Inc. is hiring an Office Clerk for a full-time, hourly role in Santa Rosa, CA with a hybrid work arrangement. The wage scale is $20.00-$26.00 per hour.

Benefits include paid time off and a Monday–Friday schedule, with room for growth within a family-owned construction company. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing and managing contracts, tracking deadlines, maintaining project records, coordinating with teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers, and

Competenze

• Previous experience in contract administration, project coordination, construction administration, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, MS 365).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in construction, contracting, energy programs, or project-based environments is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontract agreements, and supporting documentation.
• Track contract requirements, deadlines, compliance items, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and document control.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Construction Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:

• Microsoft 365 applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience working in construction, contracting, energy programs, or project-based environments is preferred.
