Job summary

Alcal Specialty Contracting, Inc. is seeking an Office Intern for our Sparks, NV location. This hourly role offers a wage scale of $20.00-$24.00 and provides exposure to real-world office and project support tasks.

You will assist the office manager and production team, set up new job files, generate reports, and help ensure safety and compliance on site. Strong Excel skills, multi-tasking ability, and regular attendance are required for success.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and taking classes for a bachelor’s degree or a recent graduate in Business Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers.
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
• Regular attendance is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Sets up new job files

• Various administrative tasks as needed
• Answers the phone, responding to inquiries and refers calls where appropriate
