Overview

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and provide customer service in person or over the phone
  • File and photocopy documents
  • Sort and distribute mail, process outgoing mail
  • Create and maintain Word and Excel documents
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Professional with excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Team player capable of working independently
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and email applications
  • Good organizational, clerical, bookkeeping, and data entry skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to interruptions
  • AS400 experience is a plus
