Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operations of our office by managing various administrative tasks. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for handling communication, data entry, and assisting with daily office tasks that support the overall productivity of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of transactions and files.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Support bookkeeping and accounting activities, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
