Job summary

Qualifications

• AML certification required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT certification required where applicable.
• Must be 16 years of age; 21+ to drive per policy.

Responsibilities

• Processes requests for Western Union, money orders, lottery tickets, coin redemptions, refunds, and more.
• Maintains cash deposits and accurate store financial records; monitors cash drawers.
• Balances drawers and reports discrepancies to management.
• Answers phones and supports office and cashier staff.
• Ensures compliance with tender policies and safety procedures.
