Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of cash handling and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of tender policies and procedures.
• Compliance with AML, HIPAA, and state regulations where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate money flow in and out of the store office and process customer transactions.
• Assist customers with locating products and price verifications; provide efficient checkout.
• Handle Western Union, money orders, lottery tickets, and refunds as requested.
• Prepare deposits and maintain accurate financial records and logs.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and comply with safety procedures; greet customers courteously.
