Cellution Biologics Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager – Office-Based Regenerative Solutions to drive revenue and adoption in an assigned U.S. territory.

You will engage physician offices, wound care clinics, dermatology practices, and ambulatory centers, building clinical adoption and long-term customer success. The role emphasizes market development, new business opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration to expand referrals and product utilization while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent healthcare sales experience will be considered.
• Minimum three years of healthcare sales experience required; five or more years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve revenue objectives.
• Drive adoption and utilization of regenerative medicine and wound care solutions across assigned markets.
• Identify, prioritize, and convert new business opportunities within physician offices and related healthcare environments.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and account growth to ensure territory performance.
• Build relationships with physicians, office staff, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Partner with distributors to expand market coverage and revenue growth.
