State of Wisconsin, at the Division of Management Services located at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, is seeking an Office Associate for LTE to manage the destruction of paper healthcare records and related audit tasks.
The role focuses on ensuring retention compliance, purging records, and coordinating with EMR entry as applicable, supporting custody and patient-care operations within the DOC system.

The Division of Management Services is currently recruiting to fill an Office Associate - Limited Term Employment position located at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, WI.
Note: Candidates must be a resident of the State of Wisconsin in order to be considered. LTE positions are limited to working a total of 1039 hours over a period of 12 months.
This position will provide administrative program support, focusing primarily on identifying, retrieving, reviewing and preparing for proper destruction the paper healthcare records (HCRs) of persons who were formerly under the care of the DOC based on the record retention rules. Other duties include various paper HCR management functions, such purging healthcare records and general auditing of paper healthcare records to ensure accurate entry into the electronic medical record (EMR) if applicable and track accordingly.
The starting pay is $21.44 per hour. The pay schedule/range is 02-09.
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in the United States (i.e., a citizen or national of the U.S., a lawful permanent resident, an alien authorized to work in the U.S. without DOC sponsorship) at the time of application. The Department of Corrections will conduct criminal background checks on applicants prior to selection to determine whether the circumstances of any conviction may be related to the job being filled. Upon hire, all new DOC employees are subject to fingerprinting.
The Department of Corrections may conduct pre-employment drug screens. Any applicant who is offered employment in a position which requires a pre-employment drug screen must pass the screen as a contingency to employment. Applicants who fail or refuse the drug screen will not be given further consideration for employment.
