Heather Gardens Association is seeking a dependable Office Assistant & Communications professional to support the daily operations of our Administration Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys clerical and administrative work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes ownership of producing accurate, professional documents and communications.
No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be preparing Board meeting materials, assisting residents, updating records, and coordinating communications; the next you may be organizing meeting packets, processing lease information, ordering office supplies, or supporting department projects.
