You will ensure a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber SOPs and delivering reliable service. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a customer-facing environment, with 1+ years in payroll/Accounts Payable/Receivable preferred, and a valid

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-office support and equip teammates with necessary tools, training and information.
• Process payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber SOPs.
