Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support and tools to teammates.
• Manage payroll and HR administration and recordkeeping for center associates.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash handling per company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber SOPs and monitoring adherence.
