Apogee Architectural Metals seeks an Office Administrator II to support site operations with timekeeping, purchasing, travel, events, and safety readiness, partnering with Operations, HR, and Safety.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of admin/office coordination experience (manufacturing a plus), and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
The Office Administrator II provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support for the site, partnering with Operations, HR, Safety, and other functional teams. Responsibilities include office and visitor support, hourly timekeeping administration, purchasing, travel coordination, communications, meetings and events, and other site administrative needs. This role helps ensure efficient site operations and positive experience for employees, leaders, and visitors.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related coursework in business or office administration preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of administrative, office coordination, operations support, HR support, customer service, or related experience required; manufacturing or production environment experience preferred.
Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn business systems; strong communication, organization, attention to detail, customer service, discretion, problem-solving, and ability to manage changing priorities independently and collaboratively.
Primarily works in an office environment with regular interaction with employees, leaders, visitors, vendors, and manufacturing teams; may occasionally enter manufacturing areas and must follow applicable safety and PPE requirements. Occasional travel and schedule flexibility may be required to support training, meetings, projects, visitors, events, or other business needs.
