St. John the Baptist Pastorate has an opening for an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper in the St. Therese Parish office. This person would work collaboratively with other parish staff to serve the needs of the parish. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing the various administration and financial operations of the Parish, including incoming and outgoing mail, assisting with communications and parish records, processing weekly collections, accounts payable, and monthly financial statement preparation. Qualifications include proficiency in MS Office, general knowledge of office procedures and accounting, and high attention to detail. Social media experience helpful.Flexible hours. This position could be filled by two part-time people.
Must be a practicing Catholic.
