Job description

The Office Administrator for the Pioneer Valley office is responsible for assisting in the daily operations and functions of the West Springfield office space.

Administrative Support:

Supporting staff with supply orders, technology, and administrative paperwork

Additional support is provided to the President & CEO, along with other Senior Team members, in various projects

Must have the ability to work independently and exercise good judgment while keeping the supervisor informed

Security and Maintenance:

Opening/unlocking and/or closing/locking the doors based on 18 Degrees operating hours

Collaborating with the cleaning company and the building manager on maintenance issues

Actively participates in the Safety Committee and other committees as assigned

Technology and Data:

Collaborate with IT Manager in support of laptops, cell phones and other office equipment

Enter demographics on behalf of the Fee-for-Service workers into the database for Adoption

Act as Super Administrator for (Relias) Learning Management System

Maintain the system hierarchy and reporting structure for managers and direct reports

Attend Provider’s Council trainings and roundtables relevant to the Relias system

Qualification Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience is required.

Experience: One year prior experience with office work, proficiency in MS Office, ability to learn new software and perform data entry. Regular and reliable attendance is required.
