About This Role:
The Office Administrator is a pivotal role responsible for assisting our Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves a combination of administrative and logistical responsibilities, requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Schedule:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: Every other Saturday (8:30 AM - 1:00 PM)
