This opening is temporary due to a pending (scheduled) leave of absence, but may be able to be rolled into a permanent position as the need arises. The ideal candidate will be in charge of organizing and ensuring the efficiency of daily office operations. Responsibilities include scheduling client meetings and communicating between departments, with tasks to be completed in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information in QuickBooks (order entry, billing, payables & receivables, bank reconciliation)
  • Maintain backlog and liaise between Office and Production
  • Provide administrative assistance to management
  • Encourage and improve cross-departmental communication
  • Perform office tasks such as replenishing supplies, distributing mail, and custodial duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline-oriented and detail-focused
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks or similar accounting software
