Job summary

Shift Ladder is seeking an organized Office Coordinator to manage vendors, coordinate office supplies, onboard new hires, and maintain mission-critical systems that keep the operation running smoothly.

You’ll be the connective tissue of the organization, handling filing, calendars, invoices, expense reports, and procurement with a proactive, detail-oriented approach that keeps everything in order.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or associate's degree with 2–3 years of office experience.
  • Experience coordinating office operations and vendor management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain filing systems.
