Haren Construction Company seeks a full-time Office Administrator in Etowah, Tennessee, responsible for managing administrative tasks, record-keeping, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, bring at least two years of experience, and provide support to various operations teams within a collaborative environment.
Role: Office Administrator, in-person, full-time
Location: Etowah, Tennessee
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay Range: $17-23/hr based on experience

The ideal candidate should be highly resourceful and efficient, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and able to work simultaneously with multiple people and tasks.
The role involves managing essential administrative functions, including record-keeping, invoicing, and other key documents. Responsibilities include data entry, invoice management, managing employee background checks, workers’ compensation, ordering and tracking office and field materials, managing correspondence, and providing general assistance to the operations teams.
