The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role in Tampa, FL. It runs day-to-day office operations: answering calls and email, greeting visitors, routing new leads to estimating, and keeping clients current on job status. The role builds and maintains project files in hard copy and digital form, covering contracts, change orders, insurance certificates, permits, inspection reports, and lien releases, and tracks permit and lien deadlines so none lapse. It assembles closeout packages and warranty letters at completion, requests customer feedback on finished work, prepares documentation for accounting and operations, and handles daily scanning, mail, supplies, and filing. This seat supports field and office alike, and is the first point of contact for the building owners we serve.
