Job description

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator. The role involves performing various duties, including assisting front office team members with tools, training, and information; managing payroll and HR records for all center associates; maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and Cash Handling procedures according to company standards; and providing a world-class customer experience by ensuring the center's adherence to Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
  • At least 1 year of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
