The role involves performing various duties, including assisting front office team members with tools, training, and information; managing payroll and HR records for all center associates; maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and Cash Handling procedures according to company standards; and providing a world-class customer experience by ensuring the center's adherence to Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.
