Job summary

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Capture and manage customer information.
  • Assist regional managers with job activity input into PSA.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support management in developing and refining systems and procedures.
  • Oversee online reviews and assist with marketing tasks.
  • Ensure the office is adequately staffed, equipped, and supplied to maintain production capacity.
  • Collaborate with accounts receivable to manage local collections.
  • Prepare business correspondence and manage scheduling.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers.
  • Handle invoicing and money collection.
  • Process inventories accurately and maintain documentation.
  • Perform data entry using company-approved software.
  • Administer human resource functions and produce timely reports.
  • Schedule service vehicles and technicians.

The Role:

We’re seeking a dedicated and dynamic Office Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our team. This position will be supporting the daily operations of our fast-growing office in Omaha, NE.

Your responsibilities will include effective communication with customers and technicians, scheduling, dispatching, proper documentation, and managing collections within the office.
