We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our growing team at Zehr Building, a trusted general contracting company specializing in residential and commercial construction, insurance restoration, and remodeling.
In this key role, you’ll keep our office running smoothly, support our project managers and field teams, and be the friendly, reliable point of contact for clients and vendors. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things organized and on track — we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll do:
• Manage daily office operations, supplies, filing systems, and overall organization
• Act as the first point of contact — handle calls, emails, and in-person visitors
• Assist with project administration — contracts, change orders, permits, insurance documents
• Support scheduling for meetings, site visits, and project timelines
• Assist with invoicing, timesheets, and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Prepare and send proposals, client updates, and general correspondence
• Help coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field staff
• Contribute to marketing/social media efforts as needed

What we’re looking for:
• Prior office administration experience (construction industry preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Quickbooks
• Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with construction project management software or willingness to learn
