Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: South Manchester
Salary: GBP23,000 GBP25,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
Start Date: ASAP

We are a dynamic and fast-growing office fit-out company with a turnover of GBP10 million, proudly delivering high-quality commercial interiors across the North West. As we continue to expand, we re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in our newly refurbished, modern office space in South Manchester.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in construction administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of project delivery. Reporting to the Operations Manager and supporting our Project Managers, you ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Compiling and managing O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals
Supporting the creation and maintenance of Health & Safety files
General administrative duties to support project delivery
Assisting project managers with documentation and coordination
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers where necessary
Ensuring compliance with internal and external documentation standards
About You
Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role
At least 1 year s experience working within the construction industry (fit-out experience highly desirable)
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
