We are hiring a Office Administrator at our office in Largo, FL!
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm in the office.

What you will be doing:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Greet and provide general support to visitors entering the lobby
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Assist multiple departments with different office duties, throughout all three companies
- Carries out administrative duties such as data entry, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- 1 year of administrative experience preferred
- Safety experience is a required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Perform high work volume with minimal errors and supervision
- Communicate courteously and proactively with all levels within the company
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Professional, proactive, self-motivated, detail oriented and reliable
- Multitask and work independently, as well as in a team environment
What you need for this position:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred
- Basic understanding of construction industry standards
- Ability to work independently, strong communication skills with the ability to influence behaviors
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
