We are hiring a Office Administrator at our office in Largo, FL!

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm in the office.

What you will be doing:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Greet and provide general support to visitors entering the lobby
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Assist multiple departments with different office duties, throughout all three companies
  • Carries out administrative duties such as data entry, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of administrative experience preferred
  • Safety experience is a required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Perform high work volume with minimal errors and supervision
  • Communicate courteously and proactively with all levels within the company
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Professional, proactive, self-motivated, detail oriented and reliable
  • Multitask and work independently, as well as in a team environment

What you need for this position:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred
  • Basic understanding of construction industry standards
  • Ability to work independently, strong communication skills with the ability to influence behaviors
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
