Job Title: Ops Admin

Area Administrator for Kinetrex Michigan and Kentucky assets

Job Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate the preparation of operating and capital budgets to ensure the necessary materials, supplies, equipment, and personnel for operations support. Regularly analyze and review to determine requirements for improving efficiency.
  2. Work with Area Supervision to optimize operational efficiencies, utilization of resources, and team-based management principles.
  3. Responsible for vendor setup and assisting with resolving vendor issues.
  4. Ensure that good relations are maintained with internal/external customers.
  5. Prepare invoices and enter into AR/AP system.
  6. Generate contracts, prepare general service agreements, work directives, and requests for services or materials.
  7. Maintain records including tracking of lost time, vacations, and other employee records.
  8. Data entry for training records into the online training system.
  9. Actively participate in safety programs and initiatives.
  10. Maintain filing system for general office and remote locations.
  11. Generate requisitions and do receiving in Lawson Procurement System.
  12. Reconcile and enter individual expense report coding into Concur software.
  13. Inventory management including issuing, transferring, and auditing stock.
  14. Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.
  15. Other duties as assigned.
