Minnesota Department of Commerce seeks an Administrative Support professional in St. Paul to provide advanced administrative and operational support to the Deputy Commissioner and the Banking and Credit Union Regulatory Programs. This position provides advanced administrative and operational support to the Deputy Commissioner and the Banking and Credit Union Regulatory Programs. The position is responsible for coordinating critical administrative processes that support the division's regulatory and supervisory functions, including:
In addition, the position serves as the primary point of contact for the depository phone line, coordinates travel authorization requests, maintains and indexes regulatory correspondence and records within internal databases, and ensures timely and accurate execution of a variety of administrative functions essential to the division's operations and customer service.
Minimum QualificationsRequires occasional moving of articles such as boxes, accounting records, laptop computer, and portable printer.
