Job description

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office / Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sign production process, and act as point of contact for in-person and phone contact with customers. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating projects from concept through installation, and ensuring high-quality delivery, on time and within budget. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with project management experience and an understanding of custom signage, fabrication, printing, and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned client accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage signage projects from initial inquiry and estimating through production, delivery, and installation
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate project execution
• Prepare quotes, proposals, work orders, and project timelines
• Review artwork, specifications, materials, and site requirements with clients and internal teams
• Track project status, budgets, change requests, and deadlines
• Communicate proactively with clients and co-workers regarding schedules, updates, approvals, and project expectations
• Identify opportunities for up-selling additional signage products and services
• Resolve customer concerns and production issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and project management systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, customer service, and/or sales
• Experience in signage, printing, graphics, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate internally and manage client expectations effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/project management software
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of sign fabrication materials, vinyl graphics, and wayfinding systems preferred
• Experience reading graphics submissions, drawings, and production specifications
• Understanding of large-format printing, fabrication, installation, or permitting processes is a plus
• Strong relationship-building abilities within the local community
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Office-based with regular interaction with customers, co-workers and vendors
• Occasional off-site visits and client meetings may be required
• Dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects
• Full-time position, offering 32+ hours weekly
