Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Social Services, or related field.
• Two years criminal justice or social work experience.
• Arizona residents must have a valid Driver’s License on hire (within 30 days if recently established).
• Equivalent education or experience may substitute for the minimum requirements.
• Must pass a thorough background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a caseload of assigned offenders.
• Conducts interviews.
• Conducts social investigations or assessments to determine risk factors.
• Evaluates offender progress, prepares and maintains reports.
• Develops individual offender treatment programs, establishes timelines for completion.
• Reviews and evaluates criminal records, police reports, psychiatric and psychological reports.
• Coordinates supervision and services with other agencies.
• Makes referrals to other agencies.
• Provides evidenced based interventions for individuals and groups.
• Maintain regular, in-person attendance and collaborate with team members.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of work-related information.
