Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Arizona context).
• Five (5) years of probation, case management, or related experience.
• Travel throughout the county is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor staff to promote probation outcomes.
• Coordinate case assignments among officers with unit supervisors.
• Prepare presentence reports and pre-disposition recommendations.
• Develop training strategies and mentor officers during onboarding.
• Approve staff work schedules and assist with vacancies.
