Job summary

Stiles Machinery is seeking a driven sales professional to develop and nurture relationships with customers in the off-site construction sector, focusing on prefabricated panels, floor cassettes, and I-joists. You will promote Weinmann equipment and related products, expanding within assigned accounts and staying ahead of industry trends.

You will advise on product applications, factory layout, workflow optimization, and equipment integration to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

Self-motivated with a proven ability to generate and close sales.
Deep understanding of off-site construction markets and components.
Experience in territory sales or management within manufacturing equipment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers in off-site construction.
Promote and sell Weinmann equipment and related products to accounts.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.
Advise customers on product applications, layout, workflow, and integration.
Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams (engineering, product management, service).
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the vertical and customers.
Monitor sales progress, provide quarterly/annual forecasts, and plan long-range growth.
Collaborate with partners and internal groups to enhance product performance and service.
Coordinate customer visits to showrooms and arrange product demonstrations.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and information sessions.
