Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a Catering Banquet Captain to oversee off-site banquet operations, catering and deliveries in Northern IL. You will collaborate with the Event Operations Manager and ownership to ensure flawless event execution.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Banquets, Food & Beverage.
• Energetic, fast-paced, and assertive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan and direct event operations
• Oversee all off-site banquet service operations
• Work closely with Event Planner to ensure flawless execution of the event
• Overseeing the event staff. Providing strong leadership skills for the event team
• Maintaining all equipment and facilities in an organized, clean, and safe environment
• Assist with warehouse duties, delivering catering orders as needed
