Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a Catering Captain to lead on-site catering for meetings, executive dining, client events, and conferences.

You will be the primary onsite lead, delivering luxury hospitality with impeccable presentation and guest experience. Responsibilities include overseeing setup, service, and breakdown, maintaining food safety standards, and partnering with the Catering Manager and Culinary Team to ensure flawless execution for high-profile clients in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality management, hotel management, culinary arts, event management, or related education preferred.
• 3+ years in catering, conference services, luxury hospitality, or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Owns catering event execution from setup through service and breakdown.
• Serves as onsite lead during events, meetings, VIP visits, and workplace functions.
• Ensure luxury service standards, room readiness, displays, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain food safety, HACCP, allergen management, and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with Catering Manager, Culinary Team, and other stakeholders to ensure flawless events.
