Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-4 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates across a variety of industries and positions while supporting client staffing needs during evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional business hours. What You'll Do
  • Recruit and Connect Great People with Great Opportunities
  • Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent to meet current and future client needs.
  • Match candidate skills, experience, and career goals with available opportunities.
  • Proactively market qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
  • Conduct interviews and candidate outreach during evenings and weekends as needed to meet recruiting demands.
  • Support Clients and Candidates During Off-Hours
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and clients outside of traditional business hours.
  • Respond quickly to staffing needs, scheduling changes, and urgent hiring requests.
  • Assist with employee check-ins, attendance concerns, and placement support during assigned shifts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Manage the Hiring & Onboarding Process
  • Guide candidates through every step of the hiring process.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including background checks, drug screenings, employment eligibility verification, and new hire paperwork.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through placement.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Track recruiting activities and placement progress.
  • Meet and exceed recruiting and placement goals.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, or a flexible schedule as business needs require.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, workforce solutions, customer service, or business development.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Avionté, TempWorks, Bullhorn, or similar recruiting platforms.
  • Experience working in a role that required after-hours support, schedule coordination, or high-volume communication.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
