American Aluminum Extrusion is hiring an Off Shift Production Supervisor in Canton, OH to lead a manufacturing team and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the night shift.

You will supervise daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety protocols, train and mentor team members, and collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations across the plant. Candidates should have strong mechanical skills and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience operating forklifts and using various hand and power tools is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily production activities and manage a team of production workers.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
