Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Off Shift Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and be available to work off shifts. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and manage a team of production workers.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Monitor production processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and output.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on best practices in manufacturing and assembly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the manufacturing facility.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklifts as necessary to facilitate production tasks.
• Address any production issues or challenges promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience operating forklifts and using various hand and power tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift and move parts/equipment up to 50 pounds.
